What does each plan include?
Each plan includes dedicated rack space (1U, 2U or 4U), power and a 1 Gbps network port. Remote hands is available when you need physical help.
Is bandwidth really 1 Gbps?
Yes. Every plan, from Micro to Micro Max, includes a 1 Gbps port. Our connectivity is 1 Gbps, so we do not offer faster tiers.
Where are you located?
ColoChi is based in Arlington Heights, Illinois, in the northwest Chicago suburbs.
What hardware can I colocate?
Rackmount servers, switches, firewalls and similar gear that fits within your plan's rack space. Tell us what you have in your quote request.
Do you offer remote hands?
Yes. Our team can help with reboots, drive swaps and cabling so you do not have to visit the facility. Ask for details in your quote.
How do I get started?
