Colochi is not trying to be everyone's colocation provider. It is the cheapest option for customers who have already decided support and relationship do not matter to them.
The Service Model
Read this before you order. It is the whole reason the price is low.
Included: Real Rack Space
Physical colocation for your own hardware in a high-density rack layout, with shared metered power.
Included: Self-Serve Everything
Signup, billing, and account management are self-serve, with month-to-month billing.
Included: Ticket Support
Ticket-only support backed by a knowledge base and a public status page for outages.
Not Included: Response-Time SLA
There is no formal response-time commitment. The optional $8 per month Priority Ticket Upgrade is faster, but still not guaranteed.
Not Included: White-Glove Service
No dedicated account contact, no proactive check-ins, and no on-site meetings or facility tours as part of the standard product.
Not Included: Sales Calls
There is no sales call at any deal size. Pricing is published and orders are self-serve.
Acceptable Use and Power
High-density colocation depends on everyone staying within their power budget. Power is metered, with hard caps enforced per unit, and heavy draw such as crypto mining is subject to those caps. Abuse, including downstream terms violations by a reseller's own customers, leads to prompt suspension.
Resellers are expected to pass our acceptable use terms through to their own customers. Our terms and support scope are stated plainly so nothing is a surprise.
